组合式聚膑器治疗髌骨骨折

Separate poly patella treatment of patella fractures

目的：探讨应用组合式聚膑器治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法：自2010年3月～2012年6月应用组合式聚膑器治疗髌骨骨折21例,男12例,女9例,年龄27～78岁,平均45岁,均为闭合性骨折,均为新鲜骨折。结果：21例均获随访,随访时间6～24个月,平均18个月,所有骨折均骨性愈合。平均愈合时间为3个月（2～5个月）,根据HSS（特种外科医院）膝关节评分标准,优17例,良4例,优良率100%。结论：应用组合式聚膑器治疗髌骨骨折具有固定可靠,可以早期功能锻炼等优点,且符合张力带原则,是治疗髌骨骨折的一种理想方法。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of the application of separate poly patella to treatment of patella fractures. Method：21 cases of patella fracture were treatment of application separate poly patella from March 2010 to June 2012, male 12 cases, female 9 cases, aged 27 to 78 years old, an average of 45 ～ears old, were all closed fractures, were all fresh fractures. Results：21 cases were all follow-up, followed up for 6 to 24 months, an average of 18 months, all fractures osseous healing. The average healing time was 3 months （2 to 5 months）, according to HSS（the hospital of special surgery ） knee score , optimal in 17 cases, good in 3 cases , the excellent and good rate was 95.2%. Conclusion：Application of separate poly patella to treatment of patella fractures with reliable fixation and Conform to the princi- ple of tension band, can early functional exercise, is an ideal method to treatment of patella fractures.
