目的:总结掌握畜间布鲁氏菌病的流行特点,以把握、制定对该病的预防控制措施。方法:收集整理该县历史以来相关疫情资料并加以对比。结果:具有以下流行特点:布病呈点状爆发和流行,为传入疫区。以国营牧场和牧区的羊、牛感染、流行为主;经过多年反复的尤其是对羔羊和犊牛的检疫和免疫,采取"查、免、分、管、治"等措施,控制了疫情,并于九十年代初达到国家"稳定控制布鲁氏菌病"的标准。结论:跨世纪后,布鲁氏菌病疫情活跃,阳性率恢复达七十年代初期水平。
