盆腔炎2号胶囊的制备与质量控制

目的:将盆腔炎2号合剂制成胶囊剂,并对其进行初步的质量控制。方法:将桂枝、当归、香附3味药用乙醇提取,其他药用水煎煮,合并提取液后浓缩干燥制得粉末,然后装胶囊。并对制得的盆腔炎2号胶囊作胶囊剂的简单检查,且对其中的大黄和白芍作薄层板鉴定,对芍药苷作定量检测。结果:制得盆腔炎2号胶囊,并且各项检查均符合《中国药典》相关规定。结论:本方法简单可行,可用于制备盆腔炎2号胶囊。

Objective： Pelvic inflammatory disease 2 No. mixture made into capsules, and its initial quality control. Methods： Cassia twig, Angelica, the Cyperus shamisen medicinal ethanol extraction, other drugs, boiling water, the combined extracts concentrated drying powder, and capsules. Pelvic inflammatory disease and the system was on the 2nd capsule for a simple examination of the capsules, rhubarb and white peony root for thin plate identification for quantitative detection of paeoniflorin. Results： Pelvic inflammatory disease on the 2nd cap- sule, and the various tests are in line with the relevant provisions of the ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂. Conclusion： This method is simple and can be used for the preparation of pelvic inflammatory disease on the 2nd capsule.
