摘要
目的:建立厚朴花有效成分[1]的最佳工艺方法。方法:采用溶剂提取法[2]超声振荡法高效液相法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,甲醇-水(8:2)为流动相,检测波长为294nm.理论塔板数计算应不低于1500制作厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的标准曲线及不同提取方法的含量图结果标准曲线中(厚朴酚含量为70μg/ml,和厚朴酚含量为42μg/ml时)有良好的线性关系,回收率为98﹒8%±1﹒86%,并且70%乙醇回流的提取方法提取率最高。结论:本法得到有效成分的含量最高,结果准确可行。
