我国高技术产业R&D效率的随机前沿函数分析——基于2002—2011年27个省市面板数据 被引量:4

摘要 基于随机前沿函数,考查了2002—2011年我国各省市高技术产业的研发活动,分别对R&D中间产出效率和R&D最终产出效率进行衡量,进而分析各种影响因素对产出效率的具体效应。研究发现:我国高技术产业R&D投入未形成规模经济,且R&D资本投入比R&D人员投入效率高;各省市高技术产业R&D效率差异明显,具体呈东部领先,中西部和东北地区落后的现状;企业规模、政府政策影响、市场化程度、市场结构以及时间因素对高技术产业R&D中间产出效率和R&D最终产出效率的作用差异显著。 Based on tochastic frontier function, this article examine R&D activity of every province' s Hi-tech industry from 2002 to 2011. Then this paper evaluates R&D intermediate output efficiency and R&D final output efficiency. After that, it analyses every kind of element which affects output efficiency. The research finds: Chinese Hitech industry' s R&D input doesn' t form economies of scale. R&D capital input is more efficient than R&D person input ; Hi-tech industry' s R&D efficiency of each province is different. The east area keeps ahead of the middle area, the west area and the northeast area; The enterprise scale, the policy efficiency, the marketization process, the market structure, and time element have different significant effects on R&D intermediate output efficiency and R&D final output efficiency.
