摘要
首先从高管团队的认知特点出发,构建其认知结构模型;之后,针对国有企业的现实问题,首次将国有企业高管团队内部关系资本与团队认知相结合,对国有企业高管团队认知路径及其内部关系资本在团队认知过程中的推动作用进行深入剖析,并采用结构方程与逐步回归分析相结合的方法对理论模型加以验证。研究结果表明:高管团队认知遵循着认知辨识—认知冲突—认知决策的循环结构,并在实践中内化成聚合性与发散性两条认知路径;高管团队建设型内部关系资本对聚合性团队认知具有正向的推动作用;高管团队授予型内部关系资本对发散性团队认知具有正向的推动作用。
By raising the quality and efficiency of the state-owned enterprise top management team cognition as the team' s performance growth in recent years has been the attention of the academia. This study first starting from the cognitive characteristics of Top Management Team, build their cognitive structure model; Later, aiming at the practical problems of state-owned enterprises, take state-owned enterprise top management team internal relationship capital combination with team cognition for the first time, to research top management team of state-owned enterpri- ses of cognitive path and its internal relationship capital in team role in the process of cognition deeply, and uses structural equation and stepwise regression analysis method to verify the theoretical model. The results show that the top management team cognitive follow the loop structure of cognitive recognition-cognitive conflict-cognitive decision making, and internalized into two cognitive path: polymerized path and divergent path in practice; The constructive internal relationship capital to the positive role of cognition of polymerized path ; The grant internal relationship capital to the positive role of cognition of divergent.
