无灌注超声乳化系统在囊破裂的外伤性白内障手术中的应用

Dry phacoemulsification system for traumatic cataract with capsule rupture

【摘要】目的探讨应用无灌注超声乳化系统在囊破裂的外伤性白内障手术中应用的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性病例研究。眼球穿孔伤合并外伤性白内障伴有囊破裂33例（33眼），应用超声乳化系统无灌注抽吸皮质联合后房型人工晶状体植入。随访3—6个月，记录术前及术后最佳矫正视力、眼压和并发症。结果患眼术后视力均有不同程度的提高，最佳矫正视力达0．8—1．0者8眼（24．24％），0．3—0．7者21眼（63．64％），0．05～0．25者3眼（9．10％），低于0．05者1眼（3．03％）。均一期植入IOL。术中均未发生囊再次撕裂，无前房消失或眼球塌陷发生。术后未出现角膜内皮失代偿、囊样黄斑水肿或视网膜脱离等严重并发症。结论应用超声乳化系统无灌注抽吸皮质治疗囊破裂外伤性白内障的方法安全有效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of dry phacoemulsification system in the management of traumatic cataract with capsule rupture. Methods Retrospective study. 33 eyes of 33 patients who underwent dry phacoemulsification and IOL implantation for traumatic cataract with capsule rupture were enrolled in this study. The follow-up period was 3-6 months. The best corrected visual acuity （BCVA）, intraocular pressure, and postoperative complications were observed. Results No intraoperative complications occurred during surgery. All the IOL were implanted primarily. The final BCVA was 0.8-1.0 in 8 eyes of 33 eyes （24.24%）, 0.3-0.7 in 21 eyes （63.64%）, 0.05-0.25 in 3 eyes （9.10%） and 0.02 in 1 eye （3.03%）. Conclusion Dry phacoemulsification system is safe and effective for traumatic cataract with capsule rupture.
