摘要
为了研究常用接地金属材料在北方碱性黄土中的腐蚀规律,利用极化曲线研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢、纯铜、电镀铜覆钢、连铸铜覆钢、镀锌钢在北京及天津碱性黄土中的腐蚀行为,并利用失重法考察了上述材料现场埋置1 a的腐蚀情况。结果表明:在碱性黄土中纯铜和铜覆钢腐蚀速度相当,低于镀锌钢,且不锈钢在碱性黄土中腐蚀过程存在钝化区间,腐蚀程度远低于纯铜和铜覆钢;利用极化曲线法计算出的腐蚀速度比现场埋置1 a的实测数据明显偏高。
The corrosion behavior of lCrl8Ni9 Ti stainless steel,copper,copper cladding steel,continuous casting copper-cladding steel and galvanized steel in alkaline loess soil of Beijing and Tianjin cities was evaluated based on measurements of polarization curves.Besides,the corrosion behavior of these materials during 1 a bury test in the field was investigated by weight loss method.Results indicated that,in the alkaline loess soil,copper and copper cladding steel had similar corrosion rates which were smaller than the corrosion rate of the galvanized steel.In the meantime,a passivation range existed for the stainless steel subjected to corrosion in the alkaline loess soil,and hence its corrosion was much slighter than that of the copper and copper cladding steel.Moreover,the corrosion rates of the tested materials in the mentioned soil,calculated by the polarization curve method,were much larger than those measured after 1 a of bury test in the field.
