体针加围刺胼胝体对2型0级糖尿病足患者6-酮前列腺素、血栓素B2的影响

The influence of acupuncture needling around corpus callosum of type 2 level 0 diabetic foot on 6-keto prostaglandin(6-keto-PGF1a)and thromboxane B2(TXB2)

目的:观察体针加围刺胼胝体对2型0级糖尿病足患者在接受针刺治疗1、2、3、4、5、6月后静脉血中6-酮前列腺素(6-ketoPGF1a)、血栓素B2(TXB2)的影响,评估其疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,每组30例,一组为对照组,二组为针刺组。应用放免法分别测定两组患者在接受各自治疗方案1、2、3、4、5、6月后静脉血中6-keto-PGF1a、TXB2的数值。结果:对照组各项指标在治疗前后的变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),针刺组各项指标在治疗1、2个月前后的变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在后续治疗3、4、5、6月后的变化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且针刺组中6-keto-PGF1a、TXB2的变化与时间之间呈现线性相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:体针加围刺胼胝体3个月以上对2型0级糖尿病足患者6-keto-PGF1a、TXB2的影响确切,能预防和延缓糖尿病的发展,值得推广。

objective： Explore the effects of 6-keto prostaglandin（6-keto-PGFla）,thromboxane B2 （TXB2） in the blood of type 2 level 0 diabetic foot patients which had received acupuncture needling around the corpus callosum treatment forl, 2,3,4,5,6 months, and to assess its efficacy. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 30 patients, one was the control group, the other was acupuncture group. Each group of patients received their treatments for 1,2,3,4,5,6 months, the values of 6-keto-PGFJa, TXB2 were measured by radioim- munoassay, then analyze whether the difference was statistically significant before and after the treatment. Results： The indicators＇ Change differences in the control group for 1, 2,3,4,5,6 months treatment before and after were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, the indicators＇ changes of acupuncture group before and after the treatment for 1,2 months were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, while continuing treatment for 3,4,5,6 months ,the changes were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the acupuncture group 6-keto-PGFla,TXB2 showed a linear correla- tion between the changes and the time （P〈0.05）, while the control group had no such linear relationship. Conclusions： Acupuncture needling around corpus callosum of type 2 level 0 diabetic foot for three months or more,the impact on the 6-keto-PGFla,TXB2 was remarkable, it can prevent and delay the development of diabetes. It＇s worthy of being spread.
