全自动血细胞分析仪血小板计数与手工显微镜计数的比对

Compared with blood cell analyzer,platelet count and manual microscope count

目的：探讨全自动血细胞分析仪血小板计数与手工显微镜计数的差异。方法：采用回顾分析的方法，随机抽取3506名门诊就诊人员，用全自动血细胞分析仪进行血小板计数，同时进行手工计数。结果：血小板值在100～300区间，仪器计数与手工计数的差异〉6％，血小板值在〉300区间和〈100区间，两者差异均〉6％。

Objective：HmX automatic blood cell analyzer, platelet count and the difference between manual counting. Methods： Using the methods of retrospective analysis, the random 3506 outpatient clinic staff, platelet count, using automatic blood cell analyzer manually counting at the same time. Results ： Platelet values in 100-300 interval, instrument counting and manual counting differences in 〉6%, platelet values in 〉 300 interval and 〈 100 range both difference 〉 6%.
