摘要
采用POE/APP对EPDM进行改性,利用动态硫化方法制备了可焊EPDM/POE/APP共混防水卷材。研究发现:在动态硫化过程中存在连续相和交联相的动态交联反应动力学过程、剪切破碎动力学过程和黏度变化动力学过程,且在三个动力学过程同时发生的条件下制备的共混防水卷材才具有可焊性。本文讨论了相关实验条件对动态硫化过程及共混防水卷材性能的影响。
EPDM is modified by POE/APP, and weldable EPDM/POE/APP blended waterproofing membrane is prepared by dynamic vulcanization. The results show that there are dynamic cross-linking reaction kinetics of continuous phase and cross-linked phase during dynamic vulcanization, shear fracture dynamics and viscosity change dynamics. And weldable blended waterproofing membrane can be obtained only when the three dynamic processes occur at the same time. This article discusses the influences of experimental conditions on dynamic process and performances of blended waterproofing membrane.
