摘要
通过对硅氧烷交联聚氨酯树脂老化机理的分析,选取了两种常用的受阻酚类抗氧剂:AO-1、AO-2,对比了两种抗氧剂对硅氧烷交联聚氨酯密封胶性能的影响;并在此基础上,采用受阻胺光稳定剂与AO-1复配使用,制得了具有较优耐热老化性能的硅氧烷交联聚氨酯密封胶。
Through the aging mechanism analysis of siloxane cross-linked polyurethane resin, two common hindered phenolic antioxidants AO-1 and AO-2 were chosen to compare their influences on the performance of siloxane cross-linked polyurethane sealant. On this basis, the siloxane cross-linked polyurethane sealant possessing superior heat aging resistant property is prepared by the compounding of hindered amine light stabilizer and AO-1.
