摘要
针对地铁车站结构混凝土抗裂防裂要求,提出在混凝土中掺加钢锭铣削型钢纤维以减少和控制裂缝,剖析了钢纤维混凝土的应用机理,分析了各类钢纤维的性能特点以及钢锭铣削型钢纤维的优点,结合铣削型钢纤维在上海地铁车站混凝土结构顶板工程中的应用实例,说明了其应用功效,并提出了今后的研究方向。
Considering the anti-cracking requirements of the structural concrete in subway station construction, this article suggests adding milling steel fiber into the concrete to reduce and control cracks. The paper analyzes the application mechanism of the steel fibered reinforced concrete, performance features of various steel fibers and the advantages of milling steel fiber from steel ingot, and it takes the milling steel fiber application in the concrete structured roof plate of Shanghai subway station as an example to explain its application effects, and points out the research direction in the future.
