新疆博斯腾湖水生植物氮、磷及盐分含量分析 被引量:5

N,P and Salt Contents in Hydrophytes in the Bosten Lake,Xinjiang

摘要 通过对博斯腾湖水生植物地上部分的Na、K、Ca、Mg、Cl、N、P 7种元素的测定,发现不同水生植物盐分(Na、K、Ca、Mg、Cl)的积累能力不同,表现为:沉水植物(18.96±8.81)%〉浮叶植物(5.70±0.20)%〉挺水植物(4.07±1.78)%,沉水植物盐分含量显著高于挺水植物及浮叶植物。浮叶植物N累积量最高(2.94±0.73)%,其次是沉水植物(1.74±0.86)%,最低的是挺水植物(0.94±0.31)%。P平均含量在0.05%~0.10%。方差分析表明,3类水生植物P含量无显著性差异。沉水植物盐分含量受其生长环境影响,大湖区沉水植物盐分含量极显著高于小湖区。相关性分析表明,沉水植物元素组成与水质因子总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)、矿化度(TDS)都存在密切关系。不同种类的沉水植物元素组成不同,金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum demersum)的盐分积累量显著小于轮叶黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)和蓖齿眼子菜(Potamogeton pectinatus),金鱼藻的N含量显著大于后两者。 Some samples of aboveground part of hydrophytes in the Bosten Lake in Xinjiang, China were collect- ed, and the content and composition of seven elements including Na, K, Ca, Mg, C1, N and P in hydrophytes were analyzed. The results revealed that the capability of accumulating salt ( Na, K, Ca, Mg and C1) content was different from different hydrophytes, it was in an order of submerged plants ( 18.96 _+ 8.81 ) % 〉 floating-leaved plants (5.70 ~0.20) % 〉 emergent plants (4.07 ~ 1.78 ) %, and the salt content in submerged plants was sig- nificantly higher than that in floating-leaved plants and emergent plants. N content was the highest in floating- leaved plants (2.94 ~ 0.73 ) %, then in submerged plants ( 1.74 ~ 0.86) %, and it was the lowest in emergent plants (0.94 +0.31 ) %. The average P content ranged from 0.05% to 0.10% , and the results of variance analy- sis showed that the difference of average P content in different hydrophytes was not significant. Salt content in sub- merged plants was affected by their growth conditions, and it was significantly higher in the large lake area than that in the small lake area of the Bosten Lake. The composition of elements in submerged plants was closely related to water parameters including TN, TP, CODM. and TDS. The composition of elements in different submerged plants was not the same, the salt content in Ceratophyllum demersum was significantly lower than that in Hydrilla verticillata and Potamogeton pectinatus , but its N content was significantly higher than that in the latter two.
