摘要
通过以自主选育的低酚棉品系盐棉196为原料,采用有自主产权的"净化分离法"提取棉籽蛋白粉,并对产品进行粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、水分、灰分等指标的检测。结果表明:低酚棉和"净化分离法"有助于棉副产品开发利用,在畜牧业饲料产业上有广阔应用前景。
We used low gossypol cotton strains YanMian1 96 as raw material,extracted cottonseed protein powder through ”purified and separated method”,which with the intellectual property right and detected indicators of the products inculding crude protein,crude fiber,crude fat,water,ash and so on . Results showed that low gossypol cotton and”purified and sepa-rated method”were promising for the development and utilization of cotton by-products,and they had a wide application prospect in animal feed industry .
