铜、锌对中肋骨条藻生态毒理研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析不同浓度铜、锌离子对中肋骨条藻生长和生理的影响,探讨中肋骨条藻作为指示生物反映河口海区环境中铜、锌污染因子的变化情况的可能性。研究发现,随着铜离子浓度的增加,中肋骨条藻的生长受到明显的抑制;而锌离子浓度增加时,中肋骨条藻的生长先被促进后受抑制。中肋骨条藻中POD,CAT和GSH-px的变化趋势与中肋骨条藻的生长曲线相一致,能够反映藻类生长状况,其中POD的变化更明显,因而可以中肋骨条藻作为指示生物,POD作为指示因子,反映河口区铜、锌离子的污染状况。 By analyzing the effects of different concentrations of copper and zinc ions on the growth of skeletonema eostatum and physiology, this paper explored the possibility of skeletonema costatum as a bio-indicator to reflect the change of zinc and copper pollution in the environment of estuary area. The results showed that with the increase of copper ion concentration, al- gae growth was significantly inhibited; while with the increase of zinc ion concentration, the growth of s. costatum was first promoted and then suppressed. Variation of POD, CAT and GSH-px of skeletonema costatum and the growth of s. costatum were consistent, which could re fleet the growing condition of algae. The change of POD was more obvious. Thereby Skeletonema costatum could be taken as a bio-indicator and POD as a pollution indicator to reflect the condition of copper and zinc ions in estuary.
