全盆腔脏器切除术在腹部肿瘤外科中的临床应用 被引量：1

摘要 全盆腔脏器切除术（total pelvic exenteration，TPE）是指整块切除肿瘤及远侧的乙状结肠、直肠、膀胱、远侧输尿管，男性前列腺及精囊腺，女性包括子宫、阴道、转移淋巴结、盆底腹膜、肛提肌及会阴组织等。
