本文以概念整合理论为基础,对比分析汉语政治讽喻诗英译的得失,试图探究基于概念整合理论的七空间模式能否应用于政治讽喻诗及其他古典诗歌的翻译研究,并探讨其对翻译实践的启示。

This paper attempts to make a comparison between English versions of Chinese poems of political allegory from the Seven-space Model based on Conceptual Blending Theory.It tries to find out whether the Seven-space Model can be applied to the translation study of Chinese poems of political allegory and other classical poems, along with the exploration of its implications to the translation practice.
