摘要
在知识经济纵深发展的时代背景下,人才作为第一资源的地位和作用愈显突出。人才集聚对于促进企业转型升级和提升创新能力更是有着十分重要的意义。基于双因素理论的分析视角,从保健因素和激励因素两个方面探讨企业人才集聚的内在机理,并针对性地提出企业建立人才集聚机制的有效路径。
Under the background of knowledge economy's further development, the role of talents as the first resource is more prominent. Talent aggregation has great significance for enterprises to upgrade and innovate. This paper, based on the theory of hygiene - motivational factors, discusses the internal mechanism of enterprise talent aggregation and puts forward suggestions for enterprise talent aggregation.
