摘要
为了得到最佳的齿层比例,根据一种新型混合式直线旋转步进电机的结构,建立电机的3D齿层模型,通过改变电机直线段和旋转段齿层的齿宽、齿高和气隙,分别进行ANSYS仿真,使同齿距下的磁感应密度达到最大;再对优化结构进行2D模型验证;在一定程度上可以验证电机整体设计的合理性。
In order to get the best proportion of tooth layer, this paper establishes the 3D tooth layer model of the motor according to a new structure for the hybrid linear and rotary stepper motor, through changing tooth width, depth and crack of the linear and the rotary tooth layer of the motor, simulating through ANSYS respectively, maximizes the magnetic induction density under same pitch; and verifying 2D model of the optimal results, to a certain extent, it can validate the rationality of the design of motor as a whole.
