摘要
丁二烯抽提过程中丁二烯塔釜会产生一定量的废烃,其中绝大部分是C4烯烃,余下部分是C5烃类、甲苯、TBC和少量聚合物。在NMP工艺中,这股物料可以进入装置的适当部位进行分离利用,解决了混合物直接处理相对困难的问题。该种处理方法还使得部分TBC的循环使用成为可能,能够降低装置阻聚剂的消耗量,创造一定的经济价值。
Butadene columm reactor can produce waste hydrocarbon in butadiene eytractive process, among them, most the C4 olefin, toluene, TBC and little polymer. In NMP process, this material can enter proper site of device of separation and utilization, solve the problem that mixture direct treatment relative difficulty. This treatment methed make part TBC recycling use become pessible, can decrease the inhibtor consumption, create some economic benefit.
