基于知识转移的图书馆地方文献资源建设研究

Study on Regional Literature Resource Construction of Libraries Based on Knowledge Transfer

作为地方政治经济、文化教育、历史传承、民风民俗等地方文化的重要载体,地方文献在社会信息资源体系中占有不可或缺的重要地位。因而,搞好地方文献资源建设是图书馆资源建设的重点任务。由于多方因素,目前的地方文献建设还不尽如人意,重藏轻用等问题依旧根深蒂固,笔者试从知识转移的视角出发,以知识的提出、共享、评价、传播和采纳为切入点,重新审视和研究地方文献资源的建设工作。

Regional literature, as an important carrier of local civilization such as political and economic culture, education,historical heritage and folk customs, has been playing an indispensable role in the social information system. Consequently, improving regional literature resource is very important for library resources construction. Due to multiple factors, current construction of the regional literatures is not satisfactory; problems such as placing more emphasis on collection rather than application etc. still remain entrenched. From the perspective of knowledge transfer and the point of knowledge discovery, sharing, evaluation, dissemination and adoption, this paper revisits and studies the problems of regional literature resource construction.
