近十年国内图情领域用户研究热点透视——以共词分析为方法

The Hotspot Perspective of User Research in Recent ten Years in Domestic--Based on the Co-word Analysis

以近十年国内图书情报领域用户研究相关文献为材料,利用Excel软件对文献中的关键词进行处理并建立高频词共词矩阵,将共词矩阵转换为相关矩阵和相异矩阵后分别进行因子分析和系统聚类分析,最后综合两种分析方法的分类结果并结合相关文献内容,探讨了国内近十年图书情报领域用户研究的热点和发展趋势。

This paper choosed the related literature＇ s keywords on user research in the recent ten years of domestic Library and information science as materials, using Excel to establish the high frequency words co-word matrix, and transform whom into correlation matrix and the dissimilarity matrix to function the factor analysis and the cluster analysis. Through the comprehensive of the two analysis results as well as the literature content, this paper discussed the domestic research status and hotspot on user research in Library and Information Science in recent ten years.
