摘要
传统的高校图书馆勤工助学考评制度存在考评目标与手段相脱节,考评方式缺乏完整性和客观性、考评机制缺乏科学性等诸多弊端。完善勤工助学考评制度就必须确立正确的目标体系,建构科学的考评模式,采用合理的考评方式,形成健全、长效、稳定的考评机制。
Traditional work-study examination and evaluation system of university library has many disadvantages such as disjunction between target and means, lack of integrity and objectivity on examination and evaluation methods, lack of science on examination and evaluation mechanism. We must establish correct target system, construct the scientific examination and evaluation mode, use reasonable methods and form a sound, long-term and stable mechanism in order to improve the work-study examination and evaluation system.
