摘要
图书馆作为公共文化设施,要坚持为弱势群体提供细致贴心的人性化服务,充分利用自身的场地、人才、资源优势,坚持开放原则,积极帮助弱势群体消除社会排斥,引导弱势群体走进图书馆,并通过开展免费技能培训、热点话题讲座、民生服务等活动,在提高弱势群体信息能力的同时,不断增强个人文化素质修养。
As public cultural facilities, libraries should adhere to provide detailed intimate human services for vulnerable groups, making full use of their space, personnel, and resources and adhere to the principle of openness. Libraries should actively help vulnerable groups to combat social exclusion and guide them into the libraries. By conducting free skills training, hot topic seminars, public services and other activities, libraries can not only improve information quality and ability of vulnerable groups, but also enhance the personal cultural quality and accomplishment continuously.
