摘要
介绍了一种基于机器视觉的瓷砖尺寸检测系统中的相机标定方法。采用平面网格标定板,提取适合的网格线条边界点对网格曲线进行拟合,再根据拟合的曲线求交点,所求的的交点坐标精度优于0.1个像素。基于所求交点的像素坐标和空间坐标,以空间点投影差最小为目标进行相机标定。结果显示该方法标定精度高,灵活方便,畸变系数吻合很好,可以获取精确的相机参数,为瓷砖尺寸的精确检测提供了可靠的依据。
This paper puts forward an camera calibration algorithm of ceramic tile size detection based on machine vision system. In this paper,the plane grid calibration plate was used to match the grid curve by extracting suitable boundary points of grid lines. Then the intersection can be obtained by the fitted curve. The accuracy of the obtained intersection coordinates less than 0. 1 pixels. On the foundation of the obtained pixel coordinates and spatial coordinates,camera calibration performed aim for getting the least projection difference of spatial point. The results show that this calibration method is with high precision,flexibility and convenient. Through this method,precise ceramic tile size detection was guaranteed by the well matched distortion factor and precise camera parameters.
