PBL在肝胆外科临床教学中的应用体会

摘要 临床实习是外科学教学的重要内容,强调准确判断和精细操作。在医学生外科实习教学中引入PBL,通过以疾病为单位、以提出鉴别诊断设置问题、以术前会诊讨论问题,并结合病情变化引导学生解决问题,可提高外科实习教学的质量,克服普通实习课的固有弊端,促进学生积极、主动地学习。 Clinical clerkshin is an important part of surgical teaching, which emphasizes as accuracy judgment and refined operation. Problem-based learning(PBL) was introduced in surgical experiment teaching in department of hepatobiliary surgery. In surgical experiment class, questions were produced with differential diagnosis by types of diseases, discussed in consultation before operation and solved by students themselves. In conclusion, PBL was significant in improving the quality of surgical experiment teaching, overcoming the shortage of tradition class, and making students more active in learning surgery.
