摘要
利用有限元方法模拟精冲工艺的过程,用处理后的模拟结果分析精冲工艺参数对精冲成形件质量的影响.分析精冲工艺过程的基本原理及力学特性;结合精冲工艺的技术关键,建立变形区静水压应力状态方程,利用Abaqus有限元分析软件,针对汽车排气系统不锈钢厚法兰件,建立有限元网格力学模型,并模拟整个精冲过程;通过提取并计算精冲过程中10个行程步上静水压应力的均值,衡量不同参数对精冲质量的影响.分析结果得出:以不锈钢厚法兰精冲工艺中模具间隙为参数变量,当模具间隙为0.3 mm时,精冲质量较好.
The finite element method is introduced to simulate the process of fine blanking,then the simulation result to analyze the influence of the fine blanking process parametres on the quality of fine blanking forming parts. Firstly,the basic principle and the mechanical properties of fine blanking process are analyzed.Secondly,the finite element mesh mechanics model is set up for the thick stainless steel flange of the automobile exhaust system by combining the key technologies of fine blanking process,and using the abaqus finite element analysis software. Finally,the mean values of hydrostatic stress in 10 steps of the whole fine blanking process are extracted and calculated after the whole process of fine blanking is simulated to evaluate the influence of different parameters. The die clearance of fine blanking process is considered to be a variable. When the die clearance is 0.3mm,the quality is better.
