高职院校中的实训教学比重很大,有必要建立完善的实训体系.对苏州市职业大学与西门子公司联合建立的先进自动化技术示范实训基地体系管理方法进行探讨,阐述教师、学生、企业工程师共同参与实训室管理方法与内容,该管理方法对于培养高技能的人才具有一定的现实意义.

Given the high rate of practical training teaching in vocational colleges,it is necessary to establish complete training system. This paper introduces the management of the training base founded by both Suzhou Vocational University and Siemens for advanced automation technology demonstration,elaborating on the methods and requirements of teachers,students and the engineers from enterprises jointly participating in practical training management. Such management is of practical significance in training high-skilled talents.
