This paper puts emphasis on how to make the electrical and electronic laboratory play a greater role in developing the practical ability,creative ability and scientific spirit of the students through the constructions of laboratory equipments,environment and system.Laboratory construction is an integrated and systematic engineering with many sub-systems.Each sub-system is also an integrated system consisting of different parts which function specially and are interrelated.The construction of laboratory equipments,environment and system is the most important part.Once this key link is grasped,everything else falls into place.
