Description Rules of Standards in the Part of Bibliographic References of Scientific and Technical Periodicals

分析了现行不同参考文献著录标准中对"标准"的著录规则的异同及国内科技期刊著录"标准"的情况,强调了科技期刊在著录"标准"时应注意"标准"的责任者为"标准"的提出者或起草者;著录外国标准时,各种著录项目也应该尽量完备;"标准"的发布年不能简写。

The similarities and differences of how to give the descriptions of standards by using different rules of bibliographic references are analyzed. Then the descriptive conditions of standards in different domestic periodicals are summarized and analyzed. The attention paid to description of standards in domestic scientific and technical periodicals is emphasized as follows： the primary responsibility of a standard should be the sponsor or drafter of the standard; all description items of foreign standards should be integral when foreign standards are used as citations; the year of publishing of a standard should not be abbreviated.
