摘要
围绕地方院校内部目标管理与业绩考核工作,探究考核工作的必要性、科学性、操作性等方面的实际问题。为建立学校内部管理工作的有效竞争、激励与约束机制,完善科学规范的管理体系等提供有益的参考。
Focusing on internal target management and performance evaluation in local colleges, the paper discussed the actual problems in necessity, scientific nature and operability and provided a useful reference for the effective mechanisms of competition, incentive and restraint in internal management and for improvement of the scientific and standard management system.
