To aim to the particularity of nursing service in operating room, it is recommended in this article that the measures to train and manage the appointed nurses, which were ① to strictly guarantee the appointment;② to think highly of the training of virtue, knowledge, ability; ③ to quantify ones' work and implement mark rule; ④ to carry out complete competition and elimination regulation.
