摘要
2012年9月至2013年11月,应用电磁波与声波相结合的技术,在海南南渡江半咸水区域研究了外来物种红耳龟Trachemys scripta elegans的家域。采用核心家域法和最小凸多边形法计算12只红耳龟(7雄,5雌)个体的家域大小。结果表明:(1)红耳龟的家域为3.83 hm2±0.76 hm2,核域为0.47 hm2±0.21 hm2;(2)红耳龟的家域和核域面积在繁殖期显著大于非繁殖期;(3)雄性的家域在繁殖期显著大于非繁殖期,雌性的家域没有明显差异;(4)雄性的家域在繁殖期显著大于雌性,在非繁殖期没有明显差异。
The home range of 12 invasive Trachemys scripta elegans was tracked by acoustic and code radio receiving technology in Nandu River, Hainan Island, China, from September 2012 to November 2013. The home range and home range core of each individual (7 males and 5 females) was calculated by minimum convex polygon and home range core domain method. The home range of the turtles was 3.83 hm2 ± 0.76 hm2, with core range of 0.47 hm2 ± 0.21 hm2. The home range and home range core in breeding season, especially for the male turtles, were significantly larger than those in nonbreeding season. While no significant difference was observed in the female ones. In addition, the home range and home range core of the male turtles in breeding season were significantly larger than those of the females. However, no significant difference was observed between genders in non-breeding season.
