摘要
新排放标准GB13223-2011的实施对火电厂污染物排放提出了更严格要求,为了研究大型循环流化床机组烟气污染物的动态变化排放特性,以云南省某300MW循环流化床锅炉为试验对象,通过控制变量法改变石灰石量、床温、氧量等因素,得到锅炉不同工况下SO2、NOx及N2O的排放特性,并从生成机理角度分析了不同参数之间的影响关系,得出了满足国家排放标准要求前提下的最佳的运行工况。试验结果对循环流化床锅炉运行方式的完善和优化,保证系统高效稳定运行,满足国家排放标准要求具有一定的参考价值。
Thermal power plants were made more stringent requirements when the new flue gas emission standard (GB13223-2011) was issued, a 300MW circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler were investigated in this article in order to research the dynamic characteristics of flue gas emissions, after changing the amount of limestone, bed temperature, oxygen and other factors, the emissions of SO2, NOx and NzO were analyzed, the influence of different parameters under the variable condition were summarized with the formation mechanism, the optimal operating condition of achieving the new flue gas emission standard was obtained. This result has reference value of improving CFB boiler operation mode, ensuring system efficient and stable operation, meeting the emission standard.
