摘要 自1988年的第41届世界卫生大会发起"全球消灭脊髓灰质炎行动",至2013年第66届世界卫生大会已经25周年。本文总结了这25年间全球和中国在消灭脊髓灰质炎行动中所取得的成果及目前存在的主要障碍,并展望下一阶段的目标。 It has been 25 years since the World Health Assembly launched the Global Polio Eradication Initiative（ GPEI） in 1988.This article summarized the significant achievements,major obstacles and prospects for a successful endgame stage for polio eradication in the national and global context.
