摘要
甲烷液相部分氧化是直接制备工业化学品最具有潜力的途径之一。催化剂、溶剂、氧化剂和甲烷4种物质是甲烷液相部分氧化制甲醇过程的核心物质。围绕对催化剂和溶剂的研究,综述了甲烷液相部分氧化制甲醇的重要成果,认为碘-发烟硫酸催化体系是甲烷液相部分氧化制甲醇最有潜力的方法之一;论述了目前甲烷液相部分氧化技术在催化剂及溶剂等方面的制约因素以及新的研究思路,并对该领域的研究和开发方向进行了展望。
The partial oxidation of methane to methanol in liquid phase is one of the most potential ways to produce industrial chemicals from natural gas directly.Catalysts,solvents,oxidants and methane were the core substances for the partial oxidation.The research results for the catalysts and solvents were reviewed in detail.It was considered that the iodine-oleum catalytic system would be one of the most potential methods.The problems in the research of the catalysts and solvents were discussed.The trends for further research about the partial oxidation of methane to methanol in liquid phase were prospected.
