智能加载激光洛氏硬度标准装置C标尺力值加载系统的控制

摘要 介绍了智能加载激光洛氏硬度标准装置C标尺力值加载控制系统,控制部分利用电机控制砝码的运动,利用旋转电磁铁实现砝码的自动变换,利用激光干涉仪实现压痕深度和主轴运行速度的自动测量,实现了压痕深度和力值变化的全程监测以及洛氏硬度试验的自动化。试验结果符合国际洛氏硬度新定义标准草案的要求。 This paper introduces the force-loading control system of C scale of the intelligent loading and laser Rockwell hardness standard device. The dead weights are controlled by rotary-electromagnetic devices and driven by a motor,which avoids the manual switching of the working dead weights. The impress depth of the Rockwell block and velocity of the principal axis are measured by a laser-vibrometer controller. So the Rockwell hardness test is performed automatically. The Depth-Time plot and Force-Time plot are shown automatically on the computer screen during the test,which accords with the new definition of the Rockwell hardness test.
