城镇职工社会基本医疗保险制度的改革 ,是全国范围内医疗保险制度改革的大事 ,医院能否成为医保定点医院关系到医院今后生存和发展的大问题。本文通过对医保需求的分析及“军字一号”工程的系统特点 。

Reform of the basic hospitalization insurance system of the employees in town is very important and it decides the existence and development of the hospitals. The author analyzed the need of medicare and characteristics of 'No 1 Military' project, and gave the solution of combining the hospital information system and medicare system.
