层级护理管理在产房护理中的应用

Application of Hierarchical Nursing Management in Maternity Nursing Care

目的探讨层级护理管理在产房护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月至2013年1月分娩的192例产妇作为观察组,将2010年12月至2011年12月的188例产妇作为对照组,对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予层级护理管理模式。比较2组护理质量(包括服务热情主动度、护士技术能力、关爱与沟通能力、病情管理能力、健康教育效果)、产程观察准确率、护患沟通时间、母乳吸吮开始时间及并发症发生率(包括产后出血发生率、难产率、新生儿窒息发生率)。结果护理干预后,2组患者服务热情主动度、护士技术能力、关爱与沟通能力、病情管理能力、健康教育明显增加,且观察组效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产程观察准确率高于对照组,护患沟通时间多于对照组,母乳吸吮开始时间较对照组明显提前(均P<0.05);观察组孕产妇产后出血发生率、难产率、新生儿窒息发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将层级护理模式应用于产房患者中,可显著改善患者负性情绪,提高护理质量,降低并发症。

Objective To investigate the application of hierarchical nursing management in ma-ternity nursing care.Methods Routine nursing and hierarchical nursing management were given to 192 parturients delivered between January 2012 and January 2013（observation group）and 188 parturients delivered between December 2010 and December 2011,respectively.Nursing quality （degree of active service,technical ability,care and communication skills,disease management a-bility and health education）,labor observation accuracy,nurse-patient communication time,time of breastfeeding initiation and incidence of complications（postpartum hemorrhage,difficult labor and neonatal asphyxia）were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,nursing quality and outcome were improved,labor observation accuracy was increased, nurse-patient communication time was prolonged,time of breastfeeding initiation was shortened and incidence of complications was decreased in observation group（all P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Hi-erarchical nursing management can improve parturients’emotions,enhance nursing quality and reduce complications in maternity nursing care.
