二氧化碳激光技术应用于陶瓷托槽去粘结的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 20世纪80年代末期,陶瓷托槽因其良好的美学性能和较强的粘结力等优点得到正畸患者的青睐,而广泛应用于临床。但美中不足的是,陶瓷托槽的强粘结力容易导致去粘结过程釉质的损伤。随着激光技术的发展及临床应用,有学者尝试将激光技术应用于陶瓷托槽的去粘结,并获得良好的临床效果。文章综述了二氧化碳激光技术去粘结的原理、方法及特点。 Since the late 1980s,the ceramic brackets have been widely used in orthodontic pa-tients for their good aesthetic performance and high adhesive strength.However,the high adhe-sive strength can easily cause enamel injury during debonding procedures.With the development and clinical application of laser technology,it has been applied to the debonding of ceramic brack-ets and has achieved a good clinical efficacy.This article reviews the principles,methods and char-acteristics of CO2 laser debonding of ceramic brackets.
