摘要
通过网络测试结合随机访谈的方式进行调查研究,了解高职生职业价值观的现状并分析其成因。以辩证唯物史观为方法论,以全球化的视野,综合运用多学科的理论和方法分析结果,以期厘清高职生职业价值观与全球化背景下现代生产的关系、与高职生心理特征的关系,探索拓展高职生职业价值观教育的新视角、新思路、新方法,使职业价值观教育更贴近学生实际。同时,力图以翔实的调查数据及其讨论和建议,对高职生的管理、教学及自主意识的提升提供一定的实证参考。
Through empirical investigation and study by network tests and random interviews,vocational college students' work values are learned and the causes are analyzed. Taking dialectical historical materialism as the methodology with global perspective,Analyzing the results of the application of multi-disciplinary theories and methods to clarify the relationship between their work values and the modern production under the background of globalization and their psychological characteristics,the exploration of the development of new perspective,new ideas and new methods of work values education to vocational college students makes the work values education closer to their real situation. The detailed survey data,discussion and suggestions will provide a empirical reference for the management of vocational college students,teaching and promotion of their independent consciousness.
