学前教育专业毕业生入职准备调查研究——以贵阳市高校为例

Study on Preparation Before Employment of Undergraduates of Pre-school Education Majors——Taking universities and colleges in Guiyang for an example

在全国幼儿园教师急缺的社会背景下,学前教育专业毕业生的入职准备备受学前教育机构的关注和重视。为了解学前教育专业毕业生的入职准备情况,促进学前教育专业本科教育的发展和改进,调查研究了贵阳市高校学前教育专业本科生的入职准备现状,并据此提出对策和建议。

The employment education to undergraduates of pre-school education majors is put great attention to by the preschool educational institutions in the social background of the lack of kindergarten teachers nationally. To learn the preparation before employment and promote the development and reform in the undergraduate education of pre-school education majors,the author has made an investigation to study the current situation of the preparation of undergraduates of pre-school education majors in colleges and universities in Guiyang and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the analysis.
