摘要
为了满足用户需求的个性化、多样化和差异化,企业的生产模式也由传统的大规模生产慢慢向大规模定制转变。通过利用Minitab软件中的聚类分析对模块进行合理划分,实现零部件的批量生产和规模效应,最终实现产品定制成本的下降和产品交货期缩短的目标。
In order to meet the personalization,diversification and differentiation of users＇ demand,enterprise＇s production pattern is being transform gradually from the traditional mass production to mass customization. Through the reasonable partition of modules by the clustering analysis in Minitab,the mass production of parts and components and scale effect are formed,and the target of customization cost reduction of products and shorter delivery date of products are realized.
