略论江西红色文化与高校学生党建工作

On the Red Culture in Jiangxi and the College Students' Party Construction

江西红色文化是中国共产党领导新民主主义革命在江西区域留下的丰硕成果,在物质和非物质两个层面展示出中华文明璀灿的光辉。高校是培养建成社会主义全面小康社会人才和接班人的重要阵地,学生党建工作更是事关实现中华民族伟大复兴。本文比较全面和深刻地分析了江西红色文化的载体、内涵和特征,就新时期高校学生党建工作面临挑战条件下,如何运用这一宝贵文化资源,创新学生党建的质量和水平,提出了理念思路和方式方法。

Jiangxi red culture is the fruitful results left behind by the communist Party of China in Jiangxi area in the new-democratic revolution,showing the brilliance of the Chinese civilization n the two aspects of material and nonmaterial.Colleges and universities are important fields to cultivate talents and successors of building the socialist welloff society in an all-round way.The college students＇ Party construction is more related with the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper analyzed the carrier,connotation and feature of Jiangxi red culture and puts forward the concept and methods to innovate the quality and level of the students＇ Party construction by using the precious cultural resources in the new period when college students＇ Party construction faces a challenge.
