It is the good exploration for the changes of the traditional education system through implementing the elite group mode in the stage of the compulsory education.It is able to provide more fair opportunities for the students to accept the education.In this paper,the researcher briefly states the background and modes of the elite group mode.On the basis of this,this paper emphasizes the analysis of the influence of the elite group mode on the balanced development of the compulsory education.The elite group mode is helpful to prompt the realization of the fair objective,prompt the education quality and prompt the changes of the compulsory education.
