浅析微博在高校共青团工作中的功能与作用

An Exploration of the Function and Role of Micro-blogs in the Work of College Youth League

新媒体环境下,微博对开展高校共青团工作、加强团组织建设具有重要意义。微博有利于推进团的基层组织网络覆盖全体青年,加强对青年学生的思想引领,开拓团组织服务青年的新平台,促进团组织的宣传工作。当前高校微博建设中存在着功能定位不准确,内容设置单调,内容更新慢,缺乏与学生互动等问题,要从加强组织领导、完善规章制度、加强队伍建设、培养意见领袖等方面进一步发挥微博在共青团工作中的功能与作用。

In the new media environment,the micro-blog is very important for carrying out the work of the Youth League and enhancing the Youth League′s organization construction in colleges.Micro-blogs are beneficial to pro-moting the basic network of the Youth League covering all the youth,strengthening the guidance of the young students′thoughts,exploring the new platform of benefiting the youth and developing the propaganda work of the Youth League.Nowadays,the construction of micro-blogs in colleges has some problems,for example,inaccurate functional orientation,monotonous content,slow updating and lack of the interaction with students.To further pro-mote the function and role of micro -blogs in the work of the Youth League,it should start from the aspects of strengthening the organization leadership,perfecting rules and regulations,strengthening the team building and cul-tivating opinion leaders.
