摘要
精神分裂症复发长期以来被认为与疾病进展有关,复发可导致药物反应时间延长、患者症状持续或对抗精神病药物耐药,并从神经生物学角度改变脑结构。本文综述近年有关精神分裂症复发与疾病进展关系的研究进展。
It has long been suspected that relapse in schizophrenia is associated with disease progression. Relapse may lead to longer time of response to treatment and symptoms persist. Some patients become treatment refractory and neuroprogression in terms of structural brain changes may occur. This review describes the relationship between relapse in schizophrenia with disease progression.
