摘要
以玉簪"法兰西"和"甜心"2个品种芽为外植体,研究不同激素水平对玉簪丛芽增殖和生根的影响,筛选出适宜玉簪丛生芽增殖和诱导生根培养基.结果表明:MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L培养基为"法兰西"和"甜心"丛生芽增殖最佳培养基;1/2MS+NAA0.15 mg/L培养基"法兰西"生根效果最好,1/2MS+NAA0.05 mg/L培养基"甜心"生根效果最好.
The lateral buds of Hosta（cv.‘Francee＇and‘So Sweet＇） were used as explants to study the effects of different hormone levels on proliferating and rooting of two cultivars. The results showed that MS ＋6- BA 2.0 mg / l ＋ NAA 0.2mg / L is suitable for the axillary buds proliferation of Hosta ‘France＇and ‘So Sweet＇, and 1/2MS ＋ NAA0.15mg/L is optimum for‘Francee＇rooting, MS ＋ NAA0.05mg/L for‘So Sweet＇rooting, respectively.
