金仁陈子方对脾虚小鼠免疫、胃肠动力及其生存状态的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察金仁陈子方对脾虚小鼠免疫、胃肠动力及其生存状态的影响,研究其健脾功效。方法:建立大黄致小鼠脾虚模型、喂饲精炼猪油脂加卷心菜致小鼠脾虚模型,观察金仁陈子方对脾虚小鼠体液免疫、胃排空、肠推进、体质量、体温的影响。结果:与模型组比较,金仁陈子方可显著升高大黄所致脾虚小鼠血清溶血素浓度(P<0.01),减少胃内葡聚糖蓝(DB)-2000残留率(P<0.01),并提高其在小肠中的推进速度(P<0.01);金仁陈子方可促进喂饲精炼猪油脂与卷心菜致饮食失节型脾胃损伤小鼠体质量增长(P<0.01),升高小鼠体温(P<0.01),改善其泄泻、纳呆、反应迟钝、被毛枯槁等症状。结论:金仁陈子方可显著提高脾虚小鼠的体液免疫水平,促进其胃肠蠕动,改善生存状态,具有显著的行气健脾功效。 Objective: To investigate the invigorating spleen function of Jinrenchenzi formulae on immunity, gastrointestinal motility and survival of the state in mice with experimental deficiency of spleen, in order to the effect of spleen strengthening.Methods: The model of mouse's spleen deficiency was established by oral administration of Rhubarb root and feeding lard and cabbage; The effect of Jinrenchenzi formulae were studied through observing the influences on mouse humoral immunity, gastric emptying, enterokinesia, body weight and body temperature. Results: Comparing with the model group, Jinrenchenzi formulae can significantly increase the content of hemolysin in serum(P〈0.01) of the mice with deficiency of spleen caused by rhubarb, decrease the residual rate of Blue Dxtran2000 in stomach obviously(P〈0.01) and significantly speed up its advance rate in intestine(P〈0.01). To the mice of unrestrained food and appetite trauma caused by feeding lard and cabbage, it can increase body weight and body temperature obviously(P〈0.01), and improve the symptom of decanta, anorexia, clumsy and withered hair. Conclusion: Jinrenchenzi formulae can effectively improve the immunity of the mouse, speed up the velocity of stomach and intestine and improve its survival of the state, and it is effective to promote the circulation of Qi and invigorate the spleen.
